Sets the steepness of the activation steepness for all neurons in the all hidden layers

Sets the steepness of the activation steepness for all neurons in the all hidden layers.

Returns true on success, or false otherwise.

fann_set_activation_steepness() - Sets the activation steepness for supplied neuron and layer number
