SplFileInfo::isExecutable — Tells if the file is executable
Checks if the file is executable.
This function has no parameters.
Returns TRUE
if executable, FALSE
otherwise.

var_dump($info->isExecutable());

var_dump($info->isExecutable());

The above example will output something similar to:
